Hello, and welcome to my blog! I am currently a K-8 art teacher. This is my eighth year as an art teacher, and I couldn't be happier. In the past, I've worked as the ceramics specialist in a summer camp, as the ceramics studio assistant at a University, and an instructor for kids art in the College for Kids program. I love all art forms, but my favorites are clay and paint. I enjoy working on my own art when I have free time. I also love hanging with my family and playing lots of board games.
So far teaching has been a journey I could not fully describe to someone who hasn't experienced it. There have been ups and downs, challenges and successes. Every day is new and different, and those sweet, little faces that greet me each day make it all worth while. :) :) :)
