Student Art Shows

My Artwork

I work REALLY hard to make sure I keep doing my own artwork, even though I now also teach art.  Teachers are very busy people, and I love taking time for my students, but it is important to me to keep creativity in all aspects of my life - not just school.  I believe that if I stay passionate about art, then that passion will be communicated to my students as well. Here are some works of art from past and present:

This first group of pictures are done in stoneware.  They are from a solo exhibition I did in my undergrad in 2012.

Here are some pottery pieces I've done in recent years.

...some examples of 2 dimensional works.  These include drawings, as well as watercolors.

Here are some of the paintings I've been working on for fun.  I sell them online and travel to farmer's markets and art fairs, as well.  I really want to get back into sculpture, but for now I have very limited space, and painting fills that creative void.

More recent work....
